KikiCC 83 Posted August 19, 2012 Discovered this recipe yesterday on line and tried it today. There are crepes made out ricotta cheese and eggs. They look like whole wheat crepes/tortillas!!! And the flavor is delicious. It is just great to find a carb free option to make wraps.
