meg33 4 Posted August 18, 2012 Hi, I'm new here but I just wanted to post about shakes. I'm 12 days post-op and still drinking my shakes but I got so bored. So today I added a tablespoon of sugar-free pistachio Jello pudding mix. It was delish!

lcle1234 5 Posted August 19, 2012 My Nutritionist actually recommended the same thing. She said to use sugar free puddings or flavorings to change things up!
meg33 4 Posted August 19, 2012 I'm using designer whey vanilla from target.
Escape_Pod 358 Posted August 19, 2012 I like mine like hot cocoa. 8 oz unsweetened vanilla almond milk, heated, 2T unsweetened cocoa, 1 scoop chocolate Protein powder, and a pinch of salt. You can add sugar free syrups like Torani or Davinci for flavor variation too. And PB2 (defatted, peanut powder) - yum!! 1 Need-a-Sleeve reacted to this
enigmachik 403 Posted August 19, 2012 I like to add a scoop of instant Decaf coffee to mine. Makes a Protein Shake taste like coffee icecream. so good!
meg33 4 Posted August 19, 2012 Peanut powder? I've never heard of it?
Need-a-Sleeve 211 Posted August 19, 2012 Peanut powder? I've never heard of it? Google "PB2". It is about $6.00 for a jar the size of regular Peanut Butter but powdered. It is like 45 calories for 2 tbsp, as I recall. I mix it with Premier chocolate Protein shakes & it tastes like a Reese's Peanut Butter cup shake... 1 Mschristmas reacted to this
