Hi there! My name is lauren and I reside near nashville, tn. I just joined up here yesterday. I have my surgery slated for october 23rd 2006 at Southern Hills by Dr. Morton. and I am very excited! My bestfriend had it done about a yr and a half ago, so I was there from the beginning with her and kinda know what to expect. However, it is very different at the same time because it is actually happening to me! Any information/guidance would be very welcome. Be seeing ya'll around!

I lived in Memphis for 16 years and it is wonderful there or at least it used to be I moved in 84.

You will learn alot from this web site I would not know what I would of done without it! So just prepare yourself to do a lot of reading and typing.

Welcome fellow Tennessean! I live just north of Chattanooga, TN and had my surgery at Memorial Hospital in Chattanooga. You'll find that there are quite a few Tennesseans on LBT! She is doing really well! She has had it for 1 yr 5 mos and lost over 100 lbs! And she looks fantastic I appreciate all the well wishes and just cannot express in words how excited I am to be a healther person!

Hello,

Welcome I am a fellow Tennessean I live in Chattanooga TN and my surgery is on September 29th and on the 2nd day of preop and my stomach is not happy today it is hungary but I will be fine. I am keep site on the long term goal.
