hi all just wanted to share that i LOVE drinking Protein Shakes from Muscle Milk. They are delish!!!

if anyone is stuck and doesnt know what brand to try..i def recommend!

i just bought Muscle Milk Light: Cookies N Cream flavor..OMG! if u have ever had a jack in the box oreo cookie shake...it tastes just like it. i drink one scoop with 8 oz of 2% milk. n im good for the morning!

Premier shakes from costco or Sam's. Low in everything it needs to be low in, and 30 grams of Protein and they taste really good compared to most low sugar Protein Drinks. After trying many, many, many brands, This is it for me.
