Day 1 Of Preop Diet

Hello everyone. Im new to this site and surgery. I get sleeved sept 7 and today is my 1st day of preop diet. Anxious but ready to get thru these 3 weeks. Wish me luck!

Good luck! It'll be a few weeks filled with excitement and nervousness at the same time. Just keep reminding yourself it is a FINITE period of time and you can do it! I found having a list of WHYs written down helped me get through the rougher Patches and stay on track. Just think, in less than a month we will be welcoming you to the LOSER'S Bench!! I guess this is one of the few places where being called a Loser is a compliment!! YOU GOT THIS GIRL!!

I start my pre=op diet on Sunday and my surgery is on the 3rd September. So I wish you all the very best and know that there are plenty of us right there with you!!
