Hi All

Can some one please tell me how much Protein we're supposed to be getting? My dr. wants me to get an additional 40-60 grms of protein a day, but how much protein in general should I be shooting for? I don't think I"m getting enough as a rule, I"m making an effort to get at least two additional Proteins in a day, but for the life of me I can't remember how much is my total target.

my target is 60-80total per day Rda for 140# female is 50gm.

      The 14th was my day. I am home and recovery is going pretty smooth. They even let me walk out of the hospital. Picture of me in recovery curtesy of my boyfriend lol.

        Neat you have a pic of this day! I was sooo happy to get my surgery. It was well worth it! And I'm not even near my goal. I had surgery Dec. 2!
