kimmy*custis 276 Posted August 16, 2012 My husband is diabetic and I find their recipes are fantastic, low carb, low fat/sodium too. I have the Diabetic Gourmet cookbook, so many great recipes. Just do a search online for diabetic recipes and give some a try. 1 lil4heartz reacted to this
keldolbeth 262 Posted August 16, 2012 I would recommend Bariatric Foodie. (Just google her.) She's a mother of two and I'm a picky eater myself but a lot of her recipes look very appetizing. I'm planning on trying a few after my next grocery trip. Also, KraftRecipes.com has great recipes and you can search for low cal, heart healthy, diabetic, etc. 1 lil4heartz reacted to this
7carol3 212 Posted August 16, 2012 Hungrygirl.com is a great place for recipes. I do have to say, as much as I love her, most of them are only one or two serving recipes. My kids love them though!! She is GREAT for dessert because you don't have tons sitting around you just make what will be consumed in one sitting (maybe not right after surgery). 1 lil4heartz reacted to this
