sleevetalker 3 Posted August 15, 2012 Only had to wait month for solid foods. I'm almost 6 weeks out everything going well. Can eat anything as far as textures but only just like three bites at a time. That's my magic number. I take three bites and walk away for a few...and then I fell fine and don't accidentally over eat. Sent from my iPad using VST
sandipq 8 Posted August 15, 2012 When you eat the sandwich are you eating the bread? Try just the lunch meat, some grilled fish, or eggs. Grits and oatmeal are on my soft list too and peanut butter...limited amount though.
phillygirl8133 74 Posted August 16, 2012 I use the thin begals with low fat mayo and one piece of lunch meat with cheese they say to use whole grain so I did
sandipq 8 Posted August 16, 2012 My list of soft food only has toast listed for breads...and only 1 piece at a meal... I used to love that kind of bread too but u will have to work your way up to that... someone said they wrap lunch meat around the string cheese and eat it like that.
