Thank you ladies I mean I can tell I have lost weight when I look at pictures, do certain things etc, but I don't feel I lost as much as I have lol. I just think because it has happened fast, because in the past I have lost 50 pounds and could totally tell, but back then it took me like 7 months to lose that lol
