I know that "babies are always a blessing" is the PC thing to say, but - yeah. I'm 36. I consider myself past the having babies stage. If i found out I were pregnant, especially if I'd found out just shy of doing my sleeve surgery, I'd have been crushed. "Processing" is putting it mildly!

What a mix of emotions you must be having right now. Congratulations! Sometimes the best things in life are unexpected (I know, cliche but true!). And the surgery for the sleeve will be still here waiting for you if you are ready further on down the road. You are young, and six months of dieting seems like a long time to go through all the process again someday, but you never know what will happen in the future. Besides, in the mean time you will be enjoying and loving your beautiful new baby =) I wish you all the best!
