Hey everyone! I'm getting sleeved on August 30th...needless to say I'm scared and excited! Anyone getting sleeves and want to go thru the process together?

Sure!! I'm starting my pre-op diet today, and my surgery date is 8/28. Do you have to do a pre-op diet?

I have 1 week pre-op diet...lots of Water, Protein Shakes for Breakfast and lunch and a small meal for dinner like a lean cuisine
