How far out till you can try puff popcorn. It melts in your mouth and has zero kernels or hard pieces.

It's mostly fat and carbs....I'm not sure any doc would be adding that to the list.

You can try it at 8 weeks see how you do, we have a lot of popcorn lovers here at VST

Just be aware many claim they have to stop themselves after a half cup or so because it goes down easily and can be a slider food :-)

That is so true, it really goes down easy and you'll eat a lot without realizing
