suzjag 107 Posted August 12, 2012 Sleeved on July 26th 2012 and have dropped 5 pounds. Man that took awhile. I started this whole process almost 1 year ago and in total have lost 34 pounds. This is slow going and I know now that this is definitely a tool and not a miracle surgery. I have always challenged things I "have to" do and it is painfully apparent that it is up to me to use this new tool properly. I pray for strength and direction for success. 2 smb and Delta..Make it Happen reacted to this

Ms skinniness 3,003 Posted August 12, 2012 Yep, it's just a tool. It's up to us what we put in our mouths and whether or not we exercise. We can do this! You've only lost 5 lbs? Congrats!
lcle1234 5 Posted August 12, 2012 I was sleeved on Aug. 1. I am not losing very quickly either. It seems like just about everyone on here is really dropping the weight fast.

I'm not taking in 500/600 calories though. I'm averaging 900 a day. Some folks have very little intake. I have healed very quickly. I need to increase my exercise though.
