circa 333 Posted August 12, 2012 The slurpee? No it's not. Sent from my iPhone using VST
circa 333 Posted August 12, 2012 Oh and full orange juice is far better a choice than friggin Cookies or ice cream. Just make smart choices, don't repeat what brought you here. If you have to ask if its okay to eat, it probably isnt. Sent from my iPhone using VST 2 gustavo52974 and Tanisha Nolen Sanyang reacted to this
SunnyCox 245 Posted August 12, 2012 I've tried the sugar free slurpee at 7/11. It has an odd after taste, but it sure goes down nicely on a hot afternoon

Tanisha Nolen Sanyang 37 Posted August 13, 2012 My problem wasn't never Cookies and ice cream.. it was food..I still eat a few cookies every noe in then and ice cream sumtimes but I perfer yougurt..I think that's the mistake ppl make by giving everything up..I do things with moderation now and I do concider calories. I have lost 126lbs and yes I still eat sweets but not a lot..I'm still a human and I feel practice make perfect and I do kno if I cut all junk out my diet I would have lost 135lbs by now but I'm trying to do wat comfy for me so I can forever maintain a gud healthy weight..vgs save my life and I have no regrets..I luv my sergeon..without him I couldn't lok the way I lok..my dietition told me to not drink any oj but if I do I wil drink trop50 only once in a while.
