Liberated Sleeve 148 Posted August 11, 2012 was on 3 meds for my diabetes. Insulin, Victoza and Metformin x2 a day. I took no meds after I left the hospital for my diabetes. Sugars running around 110 fasting. Less than 60 days out of surgery my diabetic A1C was down to 5.7%. It was 6.7% before surgery with the 3 meds. Today 5 1/2 months out still at 5.7% A bonus: my high blood pressure is back into the normal ranges. I was on 2 meds before surgery. No meds since surgery for that one either. Good luck and God bless you! 1 Serendipity reacted to this

murfsgirl 22 Posted August 12, 2012 After 2 weeks post op, I went to my md, blood pressure was normal (I didn't take any pills for two weeks after surgery) so that made me happy, he said stop blood pressure mess, then had blood work results 3 days later he called me and said sugar and chesterol levels are perfect! No mess right now for anything! This was amazing to me! So happy...good luck
