RMS 64 Posted August 11, 2012 Hi, I am 4 months post op. I have lost 70 pounds and have 70 more to go. I'm so excited about this journey I am on. I went from a size 30 to 20, my knees barely hurt anymore. I am more active then ever, even doing the eliptical machine. this was the best thing I have done for myself.
