cher 16 Posted September 9, 2012 The Dr wanted me on 1500 calories a day to loose the 15 lbs. I've been averaging between 1300 and 1500. Down 12 lbs. Started Water Zumba three times a week, and love it. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
