On Monday, I will be 12 weeks post op. I have lost a total of 56 pounds as of today. I'm very excited and really post-38582-13813670158926_thumb.jpg Swimsuit After Pic Sept 21.zipenjoying this journey. I won't lie, it was very hard in the beginning but every day is a little better than the last! :) I know I still have along way to go but I'm so glad I'm not where I was..... The first pic is before surgery on the left, first after pic on the right and the one in the middle was yesterday. The second pic was also yesterday. :)

Thanks!! I love you guys! I know I would have NEVER been able to lose this much weight without my sleevey. I said in the beginning that I wouldn't do it again if I had to do it over, but ... I would! Some people have an easy time and some have really bad complications. I think I was somewhere in the middle of that and I am so blessed by my savior , Jesus Christ, because he brought me through this and I prayed for years for him to release me from this addiction. He did! All the glory to HIM!

Two months out from hiatal hernia repair.  Surgeon said to expect a lot more flatulence...something about the 'air' no longer being able to 'burp' out so comes out the other end.  That is my experience but have no understanding of why that swallowed air cannot be 'burped'. ???

Anyone had the TORe procedure? How did it go? How much weight did you loose?

Me too girl!! Are you in the full liquid diet right now? It’s sooooo hard!

      2. LadyVeteran1

Not yet. I was told I only have to do 24 hours of a liquid diet. But I have my pre-op tomorrow so I’m going to confirm if I need to do longer.

Down 33 lbs and slightly stalled, but I'm gonna reevaluate and push through. I started back to work last week after 2 years of being disabled due to mental health as well as my weight. It's a great job and I'm just so happy to have this opportunity at a second chance at life. Hope everyone is having their best journey ❤️ Together, we got this!
