prettysleeved1 173 Posted August 11, 2012 If tuna works, stick with tuna. I've found that I just have to take my time if I am going to get the Protein I need and wean off of Protein Shakes. Today I had three egg whites but it took me well over an hour to finish them. I'd eat, feel sated, wait a while and eat again. I need the protein to keep up with my activities. Don't rush it.
