Anti-Blockage Recipe

Recommended Posts

My doc gave me an anti blockage recipe consisting of :

1/2 tsp adolph's meat tenderizer

1 tsp lemon juice

1/2 cup tap Water

to mix well and sip over one hour. Has anyone used this? and has it worked? I haven't had a PB yet, but i am curious if it is worth trying?

Thanx!!

I know there are several people that use the meat tenderizer mixed with warm Water. I'm not sure what the lemon is for, maybe to make it taste better? I know that those that use it swear it works, I have never had anything stuck that I couldn't get back up the um....old fashioned way, but I have this in the back of my mind just in case. ~Mandy

The lemon is probably to kill the taste, I can only imagine, yuk! If I had to sip for an hour, my pain would have been gone long before the hour, LOL.

Fortunately, I've never had a pb/golf ball feeling last more than a few minutes.

Like Mandy, if it don't go down, it usually comes back up.

PB means productive burp, it is when food gets stuck going down. It either has to come up and slowly make it's way down. Some people experience a golf ball suck in the chest feeling at the same time. ~Mandy

Hi, I’m new here. I’m currently on the liver shrinking diet. So far so good, but I have to say I haven’t found a protein shake I like. Anyone have any suggestions please? My surgery date is September 17th.

Fairlife Core are by far the best. They taste just as they are - chocolate milk. You can either get the 26 grams or the 42 grams (harder to find and more expensive). For straight protein look at Bulksuppliments.com ..they have really good whey proteins and offer auto ship plus they test for purity. No taste or smell...

Fairlife has strawberry, vanilla and of course chocolate. No more calories than other protein drinks. Stay away from Premiere, they're dealing with lawsuits due to not being honest about protein content.
