I am 5 days preop and i am getting the cold feet ! i know i want and need this surgery but i am so overwhelmed and scared!!! HELP :'( Yup, completely normal. Pretty much everybody goes through it. As far as controlling them, you can't. But what you can do is keep reading, you are about to be bombarded with people telling you how normal this is. This will help you accept te emotions and know that you are not alone. 4 CoolBreeze, amykins, TMyers1471 and 1 other reacted to this

Nina88 73 Posted August 10, 2012 It's normal to be nervous, it means you know what you are getting into. I'm 8 days post op, just getting done with the healing process. The worst part was the gas in my chest that was gone within 12 hours of surgery, I slept most of the time. You will be fine.

TracyLynn 30 Posted August 10, 2012 jasmineb, I too am super nervous, but mine is an excited nervous. I have been sleeping less and less for the last few days, I know sleep is good, I just can't help it, too excited. I keep shaking my legs and feel like I am jumping out of my skin waiting for this surgery. Good luck to you!
