Having blurry vision isn't unusual for 2-3 weeks after surgery. It may be caused by Fluid / electrolyte shifts or often from the meds given to you while you were in the hospital. A scolopine patch (which often reduces nausea after anesthesia) is notorious for causing blurred vision, but there are other meds which have the same effect.

I would mention it to your surgeon and PCP.

IMPORTANT: If your blurry vision is accompanied by a severe headache, vision loss or any kind of neurologic defect (think stroke - weakness, numbness, tingling, slurred speech, you should probably seek emergency medical care.
