Wow. So, I am in love with La Madeleine's new crepes. I was in search of a website to help me determine JUST HOW BAD they are for me. I stumbled across the most amazing nutrional calculation website. It allows you to add items to your pantry based on your very specific selections. You can then put them in a recipe, it then calculates the nutritional information of your custom recipe if you want it to.

This website is incredible.

I like fitday.com. It calculates all nutrients, calories, exersize, goals. I love it!

I like fitday.com. It calculates all nutrients, calories, exersize, goals. I love it!

I love fitday too and I use it for my everyday stuff. This other site was for custom recipes, calories and such.
