Depression

wtf!!!!!!! I've never been this depressed. I know I'm in pain but I've been in pain before and never had an emotional component to it. It's debilitating. I don't want to work, play or do anything. I'm hiding it from my kids as best as possible but they see something is up. My wife is starting to get annoyed and I don't blame her. Anybody else experiencing something like this. I've never had this before. I was so much happier as a big fat guy. Wtf!!!!!!!!!!!!

I JUST posted something similar to this. I have been crying all day. I am severely depressed right now. I'm 6 days post.

It does get better! But what really helps me, when I start feeling that way, I get out go to the river or lake the sound of the Water is very calming! And taking a drive to the water is awesome! I also will fish or take a walk! It takes a lot to do some days! But when you make your self get out you feel less stressed!
