Seems Easier Drinking From An 8Oz Coffee Cup

than larger cups. It's all psychological, but mind says the 8oz. cupt "is nothing", whereas a16oz. Bottle makes me think "I'm supposed to drink HOW many of those?!" I feel like I can drink 8 cups through the day and have a bigger variety, too!

I have been drinking out of the 8oz cups too! You are right, it just feels more "do-able".

we're all different in so many repects - dr./nuts etc./ and Water too

in my case - i drink 4 20 oz water bottles a day - thats the way i accomplish downing my water

i keep a stash of 6 Water bottles in fridge at all times - just keep re-filling the bottles so i'm never without cold water

Yup! I feel overwhelmed by it if I try to think of more than 8 oz at a time.

YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I totally agree- I changed from a 32 oz to a 20 oz to a 16 oz water bottle and now can drink at least 4 a day while at work- the 32 i'd be lucky to finish 1/2 of it so no you are not weird...
