Jr425 6 Posted August 6, 2012 My surgery was on the 24 th of July I'm on my second stage on mushies I try to drink asmuch as I can I'm having muskle milk light but I really don't like if ill be completly honest don't even finish a water bottle in a day I take swigs of muskle milk here and there doring the day I eat greak yogurt or mash up Soup but not very much because my stomach has a discomfort feeling I also drink juice like grape juice and carrot and mangos Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
MissAwesome 4 Posted August 6, 2012 Sounds like you are dehydrated. I feel all those things when I am dehydrated. Are you taking an antacid? That might be why your throat is burning. O.T.R. sleever 3,386 Posted August 6, 2012 PPI is proton pump inhibitor. Like Prilosec. Priority #1 for you right now though is to get more liquid. Dehydration is a real problem. Are you having a hard time swallowing? Or do you just not like Water? Wether is the best thing, but if you just can't stand Water, try Gatorade G2 or Vitamin Water zero.
