Tamara 0 Posted August 5, 2012 Take a pillow for the ride home(helps the tummy).I'm 4 months post-op. Remember sip everything slowly and if you get too full, getting up and moving around helps. I'm down 62lbs and feel great most of the time. I would advise keeping protien up and starting on Biotin for Hair loss ASAP. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

tjustus 0 Posted August 5, 2012 Tomorrow is the day to be sleeved!! I have my surgery tomorrow as well. Lapband to sleeve revision and had my band removed last Monday. Felt great by Thursday and can only hope that I feel this good by the end of next week. Clear Liquids today have not been too hard but I think it has been my nerves keeping my hunger in check.
