Katie713 423 Posted August 5, 2012 I get hiccups when I'm full. Usually its just two hiccups almost after every meal. For some reason alot of sleevers get a runny nose or hiccups after eating. They don't last long. They make me giggle a little. 2 flipflop and Sharon's last chance reacted to this
flipflop 28 Posted August 5, 2012 Glad to know I'm not alone : ) It does seem to start just as I get full! I've had the runny nose too, but did not make the connection. Thanks for the feedback!

Des0520 28 Posted August 7, 2012 They are the worst hiccups ever! I remember how bad it hurt right after I had surgery. I still get them today and it's been quite a while since I was sleeved. My husband still laughs and makes fun of me and I still wish they'd go away lol. O and all of the tricks for stopping them when the really get going, yeah those don't work. kamrie37 134 Posted August 14, 2012 I hiccup when I get full, too! It isn't painful at all. They also aren't loud like normal hiccups. I only hiccup about 2-3 times then that is it. I just started relating this to me being full the last couple of days. Weird!
lasuber 36 Posted August 14, 2012 I do,the same thing! My husband is quite impressed. They don't hurt. I think it is just a way of telling us we are full.
