Been 24 hours since I has my last smoke. The hypnotist that I went to was so worth it. I was cranky this morning, but I'm sure a big part of that was the fasting for the blood draw. No urge to smoke. No desire. No struggling. No craving. No want. No need. No nothing.

Wow I should of went to a hypnotist. I quit cold turkey 2 months ago and it was hell. Keep up the great work. I was so happy I quit, as I think recovering from surgery would have been a lot more dangerous had I not.
