SophieJaneB 92 Posted August 4, 2012 I'm 3 weeks out, lost 25 lbs (including pre-op diet) and I'm stalled for over a week now. Has anyone else had a stall this early? 1 Sheree reacted to this
Wolfgirl1978 256 Posted August 4, 2012 The three week stall is the most common, notorious stall. It's perfectly normal. Mine lasted for 7 days some people's last longer. 1 Sheree reacted to this

Delta..Make it Happen 29 Posted August 4, 2012 so glad I saw this, I have just started using my treadmill hoping it will help. do you think 15 min. 2X a day is enough- my speed is set at 2 I think. I was already doing 30 minutes per day. i was doing 15 minutes twice a day. and i stalled so i had to increase it to 60 minutes per day. since i increased it to 60 minutes per day i have lost 8 pounds. I increased my walking on July 26th 1 Sheree reacted to this

KikiCC 83 Posted August 5, 2012 Yes, I am 4 weeks out, and after the first week, I stalled for 2 weeks!! I was so confused as why, since my lifestyle had totally changed. The scale finally moved again this week, and I've lost 4 lbs. I haven't worked out, since I was feeling pretty run down. I was only active doing house chores. I am sure when I start a walking program that scale will move faster. You are not alone!!!!
SophieJaneB 92 Posted August 5, 2012 thanks ladies! It's been at least 10 or 11 days and my scale is STUCK. I keep thinking it MUST be broken, but I know it's just a stall. I've been working out 4 days a week for an hour each time, so I know I'm doing the right thing, so I'll just have to wait it out. Can't wait to see that scale move! 1 alexandrac67 reacted to this
