Wow now I have to research u thought it only came in pill form. I am taking mind with the multivitamins everyday

I already posted this somewhere else but....

My dermatologist said taking Biotin with the Multivitamin was fine. I take 10,000mcg a day. She said to split the dosage because the body couldn't absorb that much at one time. She also said to take a Vitamin called AGPro. It's amino acids. The AGPro and Biotin work together to help with the hair loss.
