K so I'm 3 wks out and just going bananas I an trying to but only can eat 3 spoonfuls my sleeve doesn't allow me to eat certain foods and sitting home everyday is just making me go nuts I wish I was at work cuz stating home is for the birds

All about time, just wait,and when u try to eat food it will stuck and you gonna feel sick, not trying to be rude but it;s true, 7 months post op and still having problems with food, but can eat everything and i don't like eating like before.

It is normal to eat only a small amount and for your tastes to change. At home, read a book, take a walk and/or go back to work!

My suggestion to you is taking leisure walks around outside when you get bored....its amazing the stuff you see just walking around taking in the scenes....

The eating will take time....as you progress you will feel different....

I wish I cloud go back to work but my job Requires heavy lifting :-( so I'm going to buy to some books lol about weight loss surgery and try to fight these Deamons in my head
