colebort 18 Posted August 3, 2012 I was sleeved on 8/1. Can't seem to keep Water down though. Any other Clear Liquids is not a problem but the water I seem to spit right back up. Anyone else have this problem?
Lovemeifyoucan 34 Posted August 3, 2012 I was sleeved on 7/31 and Water is hard. The warmer the drink the better for me. I have been doing applie juice with no sugar added. And ic pops!!!
butterflyinthesky 0 Posted August 3, 2012 My surgery was 7/30 and I was having a bit of a problem getting any liquid down myself. I just tried 1oz sipping and taking a sip like every 15 minutes. Hope this helps...

SpecialK1960 252 Posted August 3, 2012 I have trouble with ice Water. Room temperature or cool seems to work better for me. With things like yougurt and more solid foods the temperature does not seem to matter, but with Water it does, go figure? You are not alone. 1 colebort reacted to this
Sherry77 166 Posted August 3, 2012 My dietitian told me many people have issues with Water initially, something about the properties. I had issues at first too, I was old to change the properties by adding crystal light and it works wonders. 1 colebort reacted to this

LT1002 138 Posted August 3, 2012 My NUT suggested Smart Water, something about the way it's filtered that makes it easier to drink. Don't know if that's true - need to pick some up still - but it's worth a try.
