Back~To~Amy 307 Posted August 3, 2012 I have the original Fitbit but haven't really used it much. However, I am really going to start concentrating on my cardio and my question surrounds that. I get that the Fitbit can track distance based on the number of steps taken over the course of a day. Is there a way to set it just to track distance for a specific workout during that day? tonibugg 64 Posted August 3, 2012 I just bought one and thought you could but I haven't figured it out. Mine will pick up the extra activity on my little flower and calories but I really don't think you can get the workout only unless you only use it during the workout... I love mine though! IsB 209 Posted August 3, 2012 I don't know about the original one. On the current one you can hold down the button for a few seconds and it turns it into a stopwatch. You then push it again at the end of the activity and can log it on the website. 1 tonibugg reacted to this
MRSKOUBiK 27 Posted August 6, 2012 Hold down the button as you do when tracking sleep. When finished the activity press it again.
