I knew I was not imaging it (although I was starting to wonder )! The conversation about tipping hospital staff ( nurses) is under . What To Take - Modified For Mexico? Above and beyond that though, what about Omar. Sounds like from everyone he has been of service to he is the one I should look forward to tipping .

You only need money for your medications if your doctor does not provide them to you which should be no more than 50.00 and they take USD so you don't have to worry about getting pesos. You won't have any other expenses.
