JamaicanGirl2011 27 Posted August 1, 2012 Hello Fitness Gurus, I need your help! I have not been on my ellipitical in 1.5 weeks and I am lacking motivation. In addition to that, I have had a 2 week stall. For the last 3 weeks, I did some aggressive weight training and then had the stall. I feel like I went all crazy with the weight training and then I got burned out. In the back of my head, I am thinking that if I don't work out, I will gain the weight back. I am terrified. Help!! 1 RoseNP reacted to this

scorpion509 107 Posted August 1, 2012 you already lost 51lbs. So just find your picture before surgery and put it in the place where you will see most of the day. and believe me it is motivated. you don't want to be like that again. 1 JamaicanGirl2011 reacted to this
his2my2our4 120 Posted August 1, 2012 Forgive me if this comes across blunt, I truly don't mean for it to .....don't over think it. Get up, lace up your sneakers and MOVE IT!!! I know for me, the second I start thinking about working out, I start thinking about how I need to fold laundry and I only have 20 minutes before my daughter needs to be picked up, it's too hot or it's too cold....any amount of time, any amount of activity is better than sitting on your bum and thinking about it! Get up and go girl ~ YOU are worth it!! 4 CoolBreeze, kryssaboo, JamaicanGirl2011 and 1 other reacted to this
