simply.torri 28 Posted August 1, 2012 For me, it is required by my Insurance company, and my surgeons office as well. I also have to do the 6 month diet AND sit with a exercise specialist, dietary specialist and a behavioral health specialist! They require alot!

prettysleeved1 173 Posted August 1, 2012 How many times did you have to see them? 1 of each. Meaning 1 nutrition consult and 1 psych eval.
Aaron in Tulsa 147 Posted August 1, 2012 I am self-pay, but my doctor's office required it. I had my psych eval and first nutritionist and exercise physiologist visits yesterday and they were all incredibly helpful. I would not want to go into this life-changing procedure without having this team behind me. 1 MK1986 reacted to this
