Mine its October 18! I can honestly say I have done some serious fantasizing about food during this Optifast liquid diet but just two more days and I can say I have not cheated a single time! Something to be proud of, I think. =) I have just be telling myself that soon at least some of my hunger will be abated, and perhaps I can start living my life a little less centered around food! I appreciate anyone's prayers for me Thursday.... To be quite honest I am a little scared.

Thanks. I have yours as well. I guess a cracker isn't so bad then. I just started packing my bag for tomorrow. I can't believe it's here. I am going to do this and do it right! Dammit I deserve to be healthy! 22 years of working in a hospital taking care of others, now it's my turn. Good luck to you!!!
