Robyn Owens-Miille 132 Posted September 4, 2012 I took an 8 oz block of Weight Watchers cream cheese, 1 cup of non-fat Oikos plain yogurt, 1 box of sugar free cheesecake pudding mix and 1 cup of Almond Milk and mixed it all together with my hand mixer. I added in a little almond flavoring and some SF Torani vanilla. Yummy! This afternoon I had 1/2 cup of "cheesecake" with some sliced strawberries and a few almond slivers. I haven't sat down and calculated calories and Protein yet. I figure I can throw a scoop of vanilla Protein Powder, some additional almond milk and some frozen strawberries and use the rest up making smoothies for Breakfast. Robyn Owens-Miille 132 Posted September 4, 2012 Ok, so my recipe definitely needs more Protein. Divided it into 6 servings for 129 calories, 11.8 grams of carbs, 4 Fiber, and 7.2 grams of protein.

Parker's Dad 50 Posted September 5, 2012 I see a lot of people adding vanilla flavors and syrups. I add vanilla Protein Powder to things that don't lend to the chocolate. You get your vanilla flavor and extra Protein at the same time so win win...
