Chicken Grits

I don't know if this is common... But it's something I whipped up pre-op, fell in love with (it's one of my all time comfort foods)... And just fell back in love with it today.

Super simple... Make grits (I use 3 Minute Grits) in chicken broth. I use Better Than Bouillion because I can add a bit more and get an amazing chicken flavor.

I'm day 12. Already on purée/soft foods. Fantabulous. I think next time I make it I'll make them a little watery and throw in some Protein Powder to amp up the Protein. Yummy!!!!!
