KristieAtkinson 589 Posted July 31, 2012 When I struggle to get Protein in, I choke down a half a tube of these. They sell them at Wal Mart. I only do 1/2 cuz your body can not process more than 30 Protein at a time. Any extra I passed out of the body. They are sour, but small so it's easier to get down. Izuri 428 Posted July 31, 2012 I am curious to see the answers to this. I'm not particularly fond of Protein Shakes. I know there was one type of liquid Protein that my NUT said was good. I will have to look into it. I think it was fuse or something? It was one of those shot things that looks like the five hour energy drinks. NurseJenn 44 Posted August 5, 2012 Choke down is right!!! Lol!!! I bought a 6 pack of the watermelon and they are just horrendous. I threw the first one away after 2 sips. I use Syntrax nectar whey Protein powder and Jay Robb's Egg White Protein Powder. It took almost the entire 12 oz bag but I'm starting to really love the Jay Robb one.
