aroundhky 1,174 Posted January 14, 2014 (edited) 2+ years (26 months) post op here. Got to my lowest weight this past summer, but now starting to put some back on. I know some is muscle since I've been working out a lot, but I'm thinking not all of the weight gain is lean mass....which worries me a little. So I'm going to have to pay a little more attention to my cal intake and be careful. I am concerned about skin elasticity. Did you do any stretching, like yoga or Pilates? You look incredible. Congrats!!!!
