awesome! can you please tell me what you basically eat. thanks

I eat a Protein Bar or shake for Breakfast. Depending on if that holds me, I may have a snack or an early lunch. lunch is usually a small container of bits and pieces from the local salad bar. Then a snack in the afternoon is a must- usually a Protein bar or a Greek yogurt. dinner is usually something easy like shrimp with pesto and green Beans. I try to keep my carbs under 100 grams a day.

Here is mine I'm 10 months post op' date=' my biggest at a size 24 and then at my smallest I have ever been, I wear a size 9 and the first time I've ever worn a dress :-) [/quote']

Ten months??? Wow I'm 2 weeks post out. It's really hard to imagine losing that much weight in such a short period of time. I keep looking at this thread so I know it's possible. I can't wait to post my own pics here. Congrats on your loss!!!

This is me (not even at my heaviest) nearly 5 years ago and the one in the black dress was 2 weeks ago and the red hat was last week. I had my surgery on May 7th 2013. Still got a fair way to go!

I cannot imagine losing all the weight like all of you. The pictures are just breathtaking! I've already lost 30lbs, but it doesn't show much. But even though I lost that weight, I'm still not believing really that I'll lose all the weight and be able to have amazing pictures like you all! Great job :-)

Day 1 of pre-op liquid diet (3 weeks) and I'm having a hard time already. I feel hungry and just want to eat. I got the protein and supplements recommend by my program and having a hard time getting 1 down. My doctor / nutritionist has me on the following:
1 protein shake (bariatric advantage chocolate) with 8 oz of fat free milk 1 snack = 1 unjury protein shake (root beer) 1 protein shake (bariatric advantage orange cream) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein bar 1 protein shake (bariatric advantace orange cream or chocolate) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein soup (chicken) 3 servings of sugar free jello and popsicles throughout the day. 64 oz of water (I have flavor packets). Hot tea and coffee with splenda has been approved as well. Does anyone recommend anything for the next 3 weeks?

All I can tell you is that for me, it got easier after the first week. The hunger pains got less intense and I kind of got used to it and gave up torturing myself by thinking about food. But if you can, get anything tempting out of the house and avoid being around people who are eating. I sent my kids to my parents' house for two weeks so I wouldn't have to prepare meals I couldn't eat. After surgery, the hunger was totally gone.

I have my final approval from my insurance, only thing holding up things is one last x-ray needed, which I have scheduled for the fourth of next month, which is my birthday.
