B-12, How Much?

my nut. said to take 500 mg B-12 every day. My B-12 was a little low even before surgery so I feel 500 is a little low. Is anyone taking more? thanks.

I really like the Nature's Bounty sublingual (green bottle) natural cherry flavor, but have only found it in the 2500 mcg. so I have to cut them. but they are delicious and dissolve quickly under the tongue.

My doc recommended weekly B12 injections. Actually, the lipotronic/b12 injections. Had my 1st one yesterday. I will have been sleeved 2wks tmrw. Anyone else try these?
