That's awesome! They are great here. I got out of surgery about 3:30pm. I've been up walking and trying to get my fluids in that I need to leave tomorrow. The Popsicles are going doing the best. I've had 3 lol!! Things are going great and all my worries were for nothing. So glad I did this!!

Your gonna go great. The first two days out of the hospital are kinda easy. Take it easy as your stomach heals. Remember that your chest gets tight when your full and try to get your Protein in. You can private message me if you need to talk. I know that during that first week I went through some emotional stress. I kept wondering if I was doing everything right. I have someone who is giving me amazing advice through my tough times. I think it just the calorie reduction that has made me kinda emotional.

Aaron have you attended a support meeting yet? What did you think of Keller? I really liked him. Have they gave you a surgery date yet? My first appt was June 25 and had surgery on July 31 so mine went by really quick because I was self pay.
