I'm a month out and I am having trouble with low sugar levels . Is that part of the process? I never had diabetes so I wonder if this is a permanent thing?

How do you know your sugar levels are low? Are you checking them everyday?

Maybe you need to add in some carbs to your daily diet. Eat small "meals" throughout the day - every 2-3 hours to keep your blood sugar stable. Try to eat healthy carbs (yogurt, milk, nuts, etc) and not junk carbs (flour, sugar, etc).
