AngieG0410 52 Posted July 30, 2012 Maybe you need to add in some carbs to your daily diet. Eat small "meals" throughout the day - every 2-3 hours to keep your blood sugar stable. Try to eat healthy carbs (yogurt, milk, nuts, etc) and not junk carbs (flour, sugar, etc). Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
