Pre op physical tomorrow morning. Then dietician immediately after to discuss pre op diet which begins august 6. And then surgery August 16 at 7am and a 5 am check in time. Holla!!

Oh and I bought isopire rtd alpine punch drinks. I cut it with a little Water and 40 grams of Protien and no carbs! 160 calories in the entire glass bottle I think it's 20 ounces. No surgar either! No aspartame either.
