mdefabio 73 Posted July 29, 2012 I'm 18 days out and think I'm already in a stall. I'm getting upset and depressed over it. I keep saying I didn't go through all this just to loose 25 lbs. I still have at least 80 lbs to go. I end up weighing myself 5 to 6 times a day and am making myself crazy. I'm ready to through the scale out the front door. How do you get out of a stall?????? fluffylibra30 323 Posted July 29, 2012 I am 7 months out I have been stalled for 5 weeks. I have concentrated on Water and switching up my exercise routine. They are hard to go through it but you will get through I promise. Water. Water water water!!!!! Most important. I have bumped mine up to a gallon a day, raised my carbs and calories and just trying to wait patiently. I have lost 90 and have 43 to go.
mdefabio 73 Posted July 30, 2012 Tomorrow I will start going to the gym and walk on the treadmill. I have a problem drinking Water. I know I need to drink more. I can barely drink a bottle a day. I will try to be more conscious and drink more.
