Marty McSkinnystein 342 Posted July 29, 2012 I'm on an acid reducer/PPI and haven't had heartburn or anything. Did they put you on one?
ashley1235 1 Posted July 29, 2012 Yes...they gave me a script for pepcid twice a day...I take one in the Morning and one in the evening.
UTGal99 327 Posted July 29, 2012 The pepcid will help but personally I think you will need a PPI (proton pump inhibator) like Prilosec. Much better drug...in my opinion.
Marty McSkinnystein 342 Posted July 29, 2012 Yeah, I have the generic of Prilosec. I believe it's over the counter too- which in your case means you could have it today! Good luck!
